With over 25 years insurance industry experience, Murray has been the Managing Director of Bruce Insurance since it’s inception in 2005.
With extensive qualifications including a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), Murray is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
Murray is also a Responsible Officer holding a Financial Services Licence from ASIC.

Chris EarleOperations Manager and Life Adviser
Chris joined Bruce Life in 2013 and brings a wealth of experience in the life insurance and wealth management industry. He began his career in South Africa before emigrating to Australia in 2000.
He specialises in providing continuation and succession planning strategies for SME business and can provide advice on a wide range of life insurance products and in 2018 Chris was promoted to Operations Manager.

Elizabeth NguyenBroking Assistant
Elizabeth commenced working with Bruce Insurance at the end of 2016 after more than 5 years in the insurance industry specialising in customer service and sales.
Elizabeth is Tier 1 accredited. She is a very conscientious worker and has a keen eye for attention to detail.

Denise HolmesAccount Executive
Originally from Dublin, Denise brings almost ten years experience working in the insurance broking industry in Ireland.
Denise initially worked as an administration assistant and worked her way up through various positions including personal lines manager.
She holds a Certified Insurance Practitioner (Diploma) from the Insurance Institute of Ireland and has also completed her Tier 1 qualifications with the Australian Insurance Institute.
Denise joined Bruce Insurance in 2011 and in 2014, in recognition of her excellent customer service and initiative was promoted to an Account Manager position looking after her own portfolio of clients.

Shirley’s background includes over 20 years of experience in the re-insurance sector in the United Kingdom, and a wealth of knowledge in finance, administration and information reporting.
Shirley also has book keeping qualifications and brings a strong systems approach to Bruce Insurance.

Julie PossinghamAccount Manager
Julie has more than 30 years of commercial insurance industry experience in both underwriting and broking. Julie has previously held Business Development Manager and State Manager roles at different insurance companies as well as broking Account Manager roles.
Julie holds her Diploma in General Insurance and is a Senior Associate through the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. She has strong technical knowledge and problem solving skills which she enjoys using to benefit her clients.

Before joining the Bruce Insurance team in 2010, Sabrina gained four years of experience in claims and administration roles with QBE.

Tim StingersBroking Assistant
Tim started with the Trade Insurance team in 2016 after having spent most of his working life as a laboratory technician in the mining industry. Tim has recently finished his traineeship and has joined the team as a full-time employee since.
Tim has completed his Certificate IV in Financial Services and is working towards being Tier 1 accredited. He has a great customer focus, and is hard working and efficient.

Jessica Tran Broking Assistant
Jessica joined Dental Essentials in 2015 and brings an wealth of experience in administration and insurance broking. Jessica previously lived and worked in Canada in an administration role which she held for twenty years.
After emigrating to Australia Jessica moved in to the insurance broking industry and now has a number of years experience as a broking assistant.
Jessica is Tier 1 accredited and has a Diploma for Accounting and Business Administration. She is very customer focused and always endeavours to ensure a positive outcome for our clients.

Erin first came to Bruce Insurance in 2006, before being promoted to Account Manager in 2009. Following an extended period of maternity leave in 2012, Erin returned to a part time assistant role in 2015.
